I’m not getting alerts. Make sure notifications are on for Nellie Alert in your phone’s Settings, that you are signed in, and that your alert area and alert types are set in the app’s Settings (gear button on the map).

How do I report a sighting? Tap the red Report Sighting button on the map, pick what you saw, add a photo if you like, check the location and tap Submit.

How do I remove my sighting? Open it on the map and tap Mark Resolved.

How do I report a bad post? Open it on the map and tap Flag. You can also tap Hide posts from this person.

How do I delete my account? Map → Settings (gear) → Delete Account.
